Refund policy

Your experience is so important to us. We offer 30-day returns for a full store credit, no questions asked. All we ask is that you pay for shipping and handling to return your item. Once we receive your item, your store credit will be sent via digital gift card to the email address you used to create your original order. The product must be undamaged and unopened for us to process the refund. If the returned product arrives at our offices damaged, we cannot guarantee a refund. All returns must be approved before being sent back to the warehouse.
