LINDEN FLOWER TEA
It acts as a mild relaxant on the central nervous system, with a mild anxiolytic action. It is recommended to relieve states of mild anxiety, nervous irritability, the occasional presence of nervous tics and insomnia, when it is not persistent or acute.
Suggested preparation: in a pot put water over low heat. When the water begins to boil, remove from heat and add the lime blossom, cover the container and let stand for 5 minutes. Strain and drink hot.
