LEMON BALM HERBS TEA
It has calming and sedative properties, which can be useful to combat insomnia and improve sleep quality. It is useful in the treatment of headaches, especially if they occur as a result of stress. It fights free radicals and reduces cell damage.
Suggested preparation: In a pot boil a cup of water, when it is at boiling point add the dried lemon balm leaves and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cover the container. Let stand for three minutes, strain and if desired sweeten with honey or brown sugar.
